1 General Provisions and Acceptance

By using the 77abcg platform ("we", "platform" or "service"), you ("user" or "player") are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to all provisions of these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement.

77abcg is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. Our services include: sports betting, live casino, slot games, cricket betting and other gaming options.

These terms must be read together with the website's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those policies form an inseparable part of these terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the 77abcg platform:

• Location: You are not accessing from a region or country where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• Identity: You are operating the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

2.1 Age Verification Process

77abcg reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be required for verification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

Preventing access by minors (under 21) is 77abcg's top priority. If any violation of this is found, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will not be returned.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

3.1 Information Required at Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)

77abcg may request completion of the KYC process before withdrawal or when certain limits are exceeded. Failure to submit the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits on the 77abcg platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per payment method)
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a payment fails, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
• 77abcg does not charge any additional fees for deposits (the payment provider's own fees may apply).

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions must be met to complete a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: Generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

77abcg is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. The right to investigate any suspicious financial activity is reserved. Withdrawing funds deposited via one payment method through a different method is not permitted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

77abcg offers various bonuses and promotions. Accepting these bonuses means you have agreed to the following conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 77abcg can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• To withdraw after receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fully met.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
• No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active.
• Bonus balance cannot be used to bet on all games — each promotion will specify the list of eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses claimed by members of the same household, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment account are not permitted.

5.3 VIP Program

The 77abcg VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's consistent activity and participation. 77abcg reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 77abcg platform is governed by the following rules:

6.1 Bet Validity

• Only a successfully confirmed bet will be considered valid. A bet is not confirmed until a "Bet Successful" message appears on screen.
• 77abcg is not liable for bets left incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
• Bets may be changed or cancelled before an event starts, but this does not apply to live betting events.

6.2 Odds and Results

77abcg reserves the right to change displayed odds at any time. The odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed are final. Game results are determined from the relevant game provider's server logs and are final.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to ensure fair play on our platform. All game results are completely random and not predetermined. Attempting to influence game results using any external software or tools is strictly prohibited.

7 Technical Errors and Dispute Resolution

77abcg reserves the right to correct any incorrect results or incorrect payments caused by software or hardware errors. There is no obligation to compensate the player in such cases.

7.1 How to Raise a Dispute

If you have an objection regarding any transaction or game result, contact our support team within 30 days of the date of the incident. When submitting a complaint, please provide the following information:

• Account ID and registered mobile number
• Date, time and amount of the disputed transaction
• Game name and round ID (if applicable)
• Detailed description of the issue

77abcg will provide an initial response to the complaint within 7 business days. This may take longer in complex cases.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 77abcg platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Any form of fraud, deceptive activity or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses from multiple accounts in violation of the rules.
• Arbitrage betting or attempting to guarantee profit through any other method.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's servers or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial transaction.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud against other users.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 77abcg

77abcg may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or suspicion of prohibited activity
• Failure of KYC or age verification
• Suspicion of financial fraud
• In compliance with regulatory authority directives

9.2 Account Closure at User's Request

You can close your account at any time by informing our support team. Complete all valid withdrawals before closing your account. Requests to reopen an account closed due to self-exclusion will not be accepted before a designated period has passed.

10 Responsible Gaming

77abcg believes that gaming should be an enjoyable and entertaining activity. We actively work to prevent gambling addiction.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• If you wish, you can take a break from the platform for a specific period of time (cooling-off period).
• Requests for permanent self-exclusion are also accepted.
